SINGLE POLE AND DOUBLE POLE

ESSEN 2 circuit and 4 circuit, double break Miniature Micro Switches MK3 and MV1 derive snap action through spring controlled pivoted contact carrying arms. This results in a rapid changeover of contacts providing long mechanical life. MK3, single pole, double break Micro Switch has 1 NO + 1 NC contacts; and MV1, double pole, double break Micro Switch has 2 NO + 2 NC contacts. MV1 conforms to JSS - 51204.

Terminals suitable for solder connections are either silver plated or gold plated and are ordered accordingly by placing 'S' or 'G' in bracket ‘( )’ against Cat No. of Micro Switch.

Double break action of the moving contact assembly breaks the circuit at two points resulting in low dissipation of arc and heat energy in the switch.

The Miniature Micro Switches are actuated through integral plastic knobs. The optional auxiliary actuators are either plain stainless steel lever or stainless steel roller lever.
